Delivery Times and Shipping:
Note: The status of all orders will not change online. This does not mean that your order has not shipped. Many orders ship within 1 to 2 days. Please allow 10-12 business days from order date before checking with us if it has been shipped. If you have questions about a order status, damage claims, estimates or product information please email us at the above address. Please include as much information as possible in your email such as order number, order date, product ordered, name of person / business that ordered and a contact name and phone number. If you have concerns that you feel can not be handled though email we can be reached at 920 606-2952.
Delivery times may vary depending on your zone. All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Unfortunately we DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY TIMES. This is because we are dependent on outside delivery agents such as UPS who do not guarantee their delivery schedules. Please do not schedule contractors until your products have arrived. HVAC Maintenance will never be responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, and we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated. Packages that have tracking numbers but have not been received will be the customers responsibility to contact the shipping company and follow there instructions before claims are filed and a reshipment is placed. That being said, we strive to provide accurate lead times and timely updates should any lead time estimate change. We value our customers, appreciate their business, and will do everything in our power to serve you well.
We mainly will ship UPS , but sometimes orders that are shipped from the manufactures will be shipped at there own discretion. P.O. box addresses will not be shipped to at the current time, except when customer deems it ok. At any rate the customer will be responsible for any and all extra charges if PO Box is not accepted or wrong address is given. Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving your order, with the exception of special order and non stock products. No orders are shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail.
